Mr. Chawla, a 62 year old female developed tinnitus 2 years ago, in both the ears. Gradually the intensity went on increasing and became a continuous buzz. She came to us for acupuncture therapy about 3 months back. She was given daily treatment intially for 20 days and her tinnitus in right ear disappeared in this session of treatment and hearing loss also became alright. Her treatment sessions were reduced to alternate days and then twice a week. After further 10 sessions, the tinnitus in left ear also disappeared.
